Stuff you should know about drying times......
Carpets will be dry within 2 and 4 hours and can be walked on straight away.
However, care should be taken, as any soil on the sole of your shoes will be readily transferred onto the damp surface.
Generally speaking the shorter the pile the quicker it will dry, man made fibres tend to dry quicker than pure wool or wool rich carpets.
A warm and well ventilated room will accelerate the drying process.
