The Groupon Carpet Cleaning Deal
For £29 will we clean three carpets of your choice.
Stairs can be included, please note that a Hall, Stairs and Landing is classed as three carpets.
Standard staircases are normally 12 stairs, and this would count as one carpet.
Additional carpets can be cleaned whilst we are with you. If you choose to have extra carpets cleaned, the cost will be payable directly to us, either by cheque or cash.

Fine Print
This Groupon Carpet Cleaning deal expires on 02 May 2012 and is limited to 1 voucher per household, however you may purchase multiple vouchers as gifts for friends and family. Booking is required. This offer is only valid Monday to Friday and is for new clients only. We operate a 48 hr cancellation policy and reserve the right to charge the client for, time wasted, and mileage if the client has not given reasonable notice to us regarding their non attendance.
Surcharges
Carpeted rooms larger than 20ft x 20ft, will attract a charge of £1.00 per sq mtr. Clients who reside outside of a 20 mile radius of our base in Braintree will incur a £1.00 per mile surcharge. All surcharges due must be paid directly to us and not to Groupon, in cash on the day.
If you are moving out of your property and require written confirmation for the letting agent or landlord that the carpets have been cleaned , we will provide such paperwork at a cost of £12.50.
Dwellings on high floors, that are not accessible by lift are subject to a surcharge of £12.50.
If parking permits are required it your responsibility to provide such permits or pay for our parking and congestion charges.
