Upholstery Cleaning Terms and Conditions

It's important you know what to expect when you engage us to clean upholstery for you.
Soiling will effect the outcome
The depth and degree of soiling will determine the final result and look of newly cleaned upholstery.
Daily Cleaning Services accepts no responsible for the following:
- ageing or deterioration of fabric
- migrating marks from the back of fabrics to the front
- migration of unstable dyes
- deteriorated foam cushions
- restoration of white fabrics
- non removal of staining due to urine or faeces contamination
- finish or glaze loss
- frayed piping or welting
- broken or dysfunctional zips
- breakdown of fabric backing
- shrinkage
- non removal of stains rendered permanent
- browning
- fading
- water marking
- yellowing
- hidden stains
- pre-existing wear and tear
- loose or broken frames and or legs
- loose or missing buttons
- loose buttons that become detached during cleaning process
Stable and Unstable Dyes
Loss of, and or change of colour, or bleeding of colours, should not occur during the cleaning process as long as the appropriate cleaning technique is used.
Testing and inspection procedures will identify fabrics and fibres which may be seceptible.
If test procedures indicate a potential for loss of: colour, or bleeding of colours, Daily Cleaning Services will inform the Client of potential problems and only proceed with cleaning at the express wish of the Client, by giving permission, the Client releases Daily Cleaning Services of all and any associated risk.
